The calm sandy-pebbly shoreline offers direct, walk-out access to the bay, where paddleboarding and snorkeling are mere steps away.
Enjoy serene views toward Buck Island, watch sea turtles glide past, take in colorful Yacht Club regattas, and enjoy front-row seats to the island's Fourth of July fireworks. If you're lucky, you may even spot El Jefé, the estate's notorious alpha male Green Iguana, sunning himself along the shoreline.
