A distinguished graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI, she not only excelled academically but also contributed as a Tour Guide for the University. Her educational pursuits led her to attain degrees in Fashion Merchandising and Retail Marketing Management, including a transformative stint studying abroad at The Paris Fashion Institute.
In each phase of her growth, Robin honed her customer service skills, laying the foundation for her future endeavors. Her engaging personality is not only evident through accolades such as the Miss Congeniality Award but also showcased in her diverse career. Having spent nearly two decades in New York, she evolved within the Hospitality, Tour, and Travel Industry. As the Founder of The Hospitality Liaison LLC, Robin curated unique experiences that epitomized the vibrant spirit of New York City.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Robin is deeply committed to community involvement. In New York, she dedicated her time as a New York Cares Volunteer, delivering meals on wheels and recording books for the blind and dyslexic. In St. Croix, she proudly serves on the Board of The Animal Welfare Center, having adopted a furry companion named Scooby from the shelter several years ago. Their adventures are documented in social media posts, intertwining with her role at Premier Properties USVI.
Robin has established herself as the go-to Property Management and Vacation Rentals Expert in St. Croix, USVI, with a track record dating back to 2016. In August 2021, she embarked on a new chapter by founding Premier Properties USVI, witnessing substantial growth with a 100% referral-driven approach. Her mission, encapsulated in the phrase "It is cool to be kind," is not just a slogan but a philosophy reflected in her daily interactions. Realtors and local businesses alike shower her with referrals, a testament to the positive impact she continues to make through her exemplary customer service.

Hailing from Glasgow, Scotland, Jennifer Lee is a citizen of the world.
Jennifer moved to the US in 2012, and to St Croix in 2022, with her husband Brud. With a background in high-end retail, Jenn brings boutique-level service to every customer and guest of Premier Properties USVI.
Chief Number Cruncher
Candice joined the PPUSVI team in 2022. She offers years of vacation rental bookkeeping and property management experience from working with property managers in Sun Valley, ID. She has recently relocated to NE Tennessee, near the beautiful Watauga Lake, and loves it!

Having called St. Croix home for over a decade, Lora understands island living and the unique needs of vacation homes. Alongside her husband, Devin, she successfully built and operated a local contracting business, giving her a rare combination of administrative expertise and hands-on property knowledge. Whether identifying a maintenance concern, coordinating repairs, or often fixing an issue herself, Lora's well-rounded skill set provides invaluable peace of mind for our homeowners. Before moving to St. Croix, Lora built an impressive career in administration and records management, serving in leadership roles where she specialized in customer service, project coordination, workflow management, budgeting, records administration, and business operations. Her background also includes extensive experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, document management systems, and organizational process improvement, making her an exceptional asset behind the scenes as well. She approaches every property as if it were her own, paying close attention to the smallest details while always putting our homeowners' and guests' best interests first.
