Lora joined Premier Properties USVI as our Manager of Operations in February 2026, and from day one she has exceeded every expectation. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for both our homeowners and guests have made an immediate and lasting impact on our team.
Having called St. Croix home for over a decade, Lora understands island living and the unique needs of vacation homes. Alongside her husband, Devin, she successfully built and operated a local contracting business, giving her a rare combination of administrative expertise and hands-on property knowledge. Whether identifying a maintenance concern, coordinating repairs, or often fixing an issue herself, Lora's well-rounded skill set provides invaluable peace of mind for our homeowners.
Before moving to St. Croix, Lora built an impressive career in administration and records management, serving in leadership roles where she specialized in customer service, project coordination, workflow management, budgeting, records administration, and business operations. Her background also includes extensive experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, document management systems, and organizational process improvement, making her an exceptional asset behind the scenes as well.
What truly sets Lora apart is her heart. She approaches every property as if it were her own, paying close attention to the smallest details while always putting our homeowners' and guests' best interests first. Her calm demeanor, proactive communication, and commitment to excellence embody everything Premier Properties USVI stands for.
